Description
Round tube insert Ø 19 mm, white
The white Ø 19 mm Round tube insert provides a neat finish for the ends of round tubes and profiles with a nominal diameter of 19 mm. The wide flange covers the edge of the tube, while the ribbed internal section is pushed into the profile.
Inserts of this type are commonly used to protect the ends of steel and aluminium tubes in support structures, frameworks, railings, furniture and frames. The closed end of the profile has a neat appearance, and the sharp cut edge is covered.
Selection for the profile is based on the nominal diameter and tube wall thickness. The insert is designed for profiles with a wall thickness of 1.0–1.5 mm, and the ribs on the internal section secure it in the tube.
The white colour is suitable where profile ends need to complement light-coloured structures or furnishings. The insert is sold individually, making it easy to order the exact quantity required for the project.
