Description
Round tube insert Ø 120 mm, black
The black round tube insert Ø 120 mm is a finishing component for closing the open ends of tubes with a nominal diameter of 120 mm. It is intended for installation and assembly companies that need a neat, attractive finish for profiles in support structures, fences, railings and frames.
The insert consists of a flat external flange that covers the edge of the tube and an internal section that slides into the profile. The circumferential ribs on the internal section press against the tube wall, allowing the insert to be push-fitted into the profile. This protects the open end of the tube from dirt and prevents contaminants from entering.
The wall thickness range of 2.0–4.0 mm allows the same model to be used in 120 mm diameter tubes with different wall thicknesses. The black plastic matches dark profiles and structures in similar colours.
