Description
Round tube insert 1/2" (Ø 21.3 mm), grey
The grey 1/2" Round tube insert provides a neat finish for the ends of round tubes with an external diameter of 21.3 mm. Inserts of this type are used to finish tubular structures where the open end of the tube needs to be covered.
The insert has an external flange that covers the edge of the tube when pressed in, and an internal section with ribs that fit inside the tube opening. It is designed for tubes with a wall thickness within the range given in the specification, and its dimensions, as shown in the technical drawing, make it easier to select the right insert for a particular tube.
The grey colour allows the insert to blend in with light-coloured and neutral structural elements. The product is sold individually.
