Round tube insert Ø 114 mm, black
The black Round tube insert Ø 114 mm provides a neat finish to the end of a round tube. It is pushed into the tube opening, and the ribs on the inner section hold it in place.
The insert covers the open end of the tube, giving the structure a finished appearance and limiting the ingress of dirt. The external flange covers the edge of the tube, creating a neat finish and concealing the sharp edge left after cutting.

Choosing the right tube size
When selecting round tube inserts, it is important to match the nominal tube size and wall thickness to the push-in section. This allows the ribs to press against the inside of the tube and hold the insert securely. The dimensions of the external and internal sections, together with the wall thickness range, are given in the specification tables below.
Installation
Push the inner section into the end of the tube until the flange rests against the tube edge. The insert is sold individually, making it easy to purchase the exact number needed for the structure.
