Description
Round tube insert Ø 10 mm, white
The white Round tube insert for Ø 10 mm tube is used to close the end of a round tube. The push-in inner section with ribs fits inside the profile, while the flat outer flange covers the edge of the tube.
Inserts of this type are used to finish tube ends in steel and aluminium structures, frames, metal furniture and fittings. The closed profile end helps prevent dirt from entering the tube and covers the cut edge.
Profile selection
- Suitable for round tubes with a nominal diameter of 10 mm

- The outer flange covers the end of the tube, while the ribbed inner section remains inside the profile
Installation and use
Push-in inserts are installed by pressing the inner section into the tube opening until the flange rests against the end of the profile. The ribs allow this type of insert to fit inside the tube and hold it in place. Before installation, remove any burrs from the cut edge of the tube and check that the profile diameter and wall thickness are within the specified range.
The insert is sold individually, allowing the quantity to be matched to the number of tube ends to be finished in the structure.
