Round tube insert 1" (Ø 33.7 mm), grey
The grey Round tube insert for 1" tube is a practical finishing component for closing the open ends of round tubes and profiles. It closes the opening, gives the end of the structure a neat appearance and helps prevent dirt from entering the tube.
The internal section of the insert has ribs that press against the tube wall when inserted, holding it in place. The flat head is wider than the tube and covers the end of the profile for a neat finish.
Plastic inserts of this type are commonly used where round tubes remain visible after assembly and the open end needs a neat, quick closure without additional tools.

Selecting the right insert
Select the insert according to the tube's outside diameter and wall thickness. This model is designed for 1" round tubes; the permitted wall thickness range is given in the dimensions table. Before purchasing, measure the actual tube wall thickness to ensure the ribs provide a secure fit.
To install, press the internal section into the tube until the head rests against the end of the profile. Sold individually, making it easy to order the exact number of components required.
