Description
Round tube insert 1" (Ø 33.7 mm), green
Green Round tube insert designed to close the ends of round tubes with a nominal diameter of 1" (Ø 33.7 mm). It gives the tube end a neat finish and protects the interior from dirt.
The design consists of a flat external flange and a ribbed insert. The ribs press against the inner wall of the tube and hold the insert in place. The entire insert is green, making it suitable for matching fences, structures and fittings in the same colour.

Installation and use
Push the insert into the open end of the tube until the external flange sits against the tube end. The ribs flex during insertion and press against the wall, holding the insert in the tube. The flange covers the cut edge of the tube, giving it a neat, finished appearance.
Plastic tube inserts are commonly used to protect tube ends in fences, railings, frames and steel structures. The closed tube is protected from dirt, and the sharp cut edges are covered.
