Description
Round tube insert 1 1/2" (Ø 48.3 mm), anthracite
The Round tube insert 1 1/2" provides a neat finish for open ends of round tubes. It gives tubular structures such as balustrades, fences, frames and supports a tidy, uniform finish while keeping dirt out of the tube.
The insert has a wide external flange that covers the edge of the tube and a ribbed internal section with fins. The fins fit inside the tube opening, while the flange conceals the cut edge. The specified wall thickness range allows the same insert to be used with tubes of different wall thicknesses, provided they have the same external diameter.

Installation
Press the insert into the end of the tube until the flange rests against the tube edge. Before installation, make sure the tube edge is cut square and free of burrs so that the flange sits flush around the entire circumference. The insert is lightweight and requires no additional fasteners.
