Decorative ribbed unequal-sided aluminium angle 40×20×2.6 mm is a universal L-shaped profile with a length of 2000 mm, made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5). Thanks to its uneven legs, it proves useful wherever an asymmetric angular connection is required — from frames and stands, through edge finishing, to small support structures and repairs. The raw aluminium surface allows for further processing: anodising, painting, or direct installation in non-exposed areas.
Low self-weight — just 0.78 kg per 2 m section (linear density 0.39 kg/m) — makes the profile easy to transport and handle on site, while the 6060 alloy in T64 condition provides good rigidity and natural corrosion resistance.

Application
The decorative ribbed unequal-sided angle 40×20 mm has a wide range of applications in installation and construction work. The longer 40 mm leg allows for secure fixing to the substrate or supporting profile, while the shorter 20 mm leg serves as a stop or finishing element. The profile works excellently as a mounting frame component, edge reinforcement, corner guard, cable route support, and wherever a lightweight yet durable angular structure is required. Aluminium in the T64 condition (artificially aged) guarantees increased hardness and dimensional stability, which is important for precise joints and long-term outdoor use.
