Rectangular tube insert 50×100 mm, grey, wall thickness 2.0–4.0 mm
The grey Rectangular tube insert 50×100 mm is a simple finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow section. It is designed for tubes with wall thicknesses within the range given in the specification, allowing it to be used with several tube variants of the same nominal size.
The body is made of polyethylene. Once pressed in, the flat flange covers the edge of the tube and gives the end a neat, closed appearance. The ribbed shank with fins sits inside the tube, and the insert is secured by pressing it in, without additional fasteners.
