Description
Rectangular tube insert 50×100 mm, anthracite, wall thickness 2.0–4.0 mm
The 50×100 mm rectangular tube insert in anthracite (RAL 7016) is a practical finishing component for installation and assembly companies closing the ends of steel or aluminium tubes in structures, support frames and frames.
The insert is made of polyethylene. It closes the open end of the tube and finishes its edge. The external flange covers the edge of the tube, while the internal ribbed section fits inside and is held in place by its fit against the tube wall.
Inserts of this type are used to protect the inside of hollow sections from dirt and provide a neat, uniform finish to the structure.

Installation and use
Press the insert into the open end of the tube until the flange rests against its edge. The ribs on the internal section fit against tube walls within the specified thickness range, so check the nominal tube size and wall thickness before purchasing.
The insert is sold individually. Its full dimensions, including the heights of the external and internal parts and the dimensions of the core and ribs, are provided in the specification below. This allows installers to quickly check compatibility with the tube being used.
