Rectangular tube insert 40×80 mm, green
The green Rectangular tube insert 40×80 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow profile. It conceals the cut edge and gives the end of the profile a neat, uniform finish.
The internal section of the insert is fitted with ribs that slide into the profile and press against its walls. The insert accommodates profile wall thicknesses from 1.5 to 3.0 mm, so it fits profiles with different wall thicknesses without the need for separate variants. The external flange covers and conceals the edge of the profile.
The insert is made of polyethylene, a plastic commonly used for protective components of this type. Its green colour allows the finish to be matched to profiles of a similar shade.
