Rectangular tube insert 40×80 mm, brown
The brown Rectangular tube insert 40x80 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow section. It neatly covers the tube edge and helps prevent dirt from entering.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The internal section has ribs that press against the tube walls and hold the insert in place. The external flange covers the tube edge, giving it an even, neat finish.
This model is designed for tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 3.0 mm, allowing it to be used with various 40x80 mm tubes. Inserts of this type are used to close the ends of steel or aluminium tubes in structures, frames, fences and furniture. They are fitted by pressing them into the tube opening.
