Rectangular tube insert 35×45 mm, black
The black Rectangular tube insert 35×45 mm is a finishing component for closing the open ends of hollow sections. Once fitted, it closes the end of the tube and gives it a neat, uniform appearance.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The external section forms a flat flange that covers the edge of the tube. The internal section has ribs that conform to the inside of the tube when pressed in, holding the insert in place.
The ribs allow the same insert to fit tubes with different wall thicknesses within the range specified. Before ordering, simply check the nominal tube size and wall thickness.

- Closing the ends of rectangular tubes with a nominal size of 35×45 mm
- Finishing support structures, frames and frameworks made from hollow sections
- Protecting the inside of the tube from dirt and debris
Press the insert into the tube opening until the flange rests against its edge.
Polyethylene inserts are commonly used to protect the ends of steel and aluminium tubes. The flange covers the cut edge, while the push-in stem requires no additional fastening.
