Description
Rectangular tube insert 30×70 mm, black
The black rectangular tube insert is designed for hollow sections with nominal dimensions of 30 x 70 mm. It closes the open end of the section, provides a neat finish and helps prevent dirt from entering the tube.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The flat outer flange covers the edge of the section, while the ribbed shank fits inside and holds the insert in place. Inserts of this type are pressed into the opening until the flange rests against the edge.
The insert is available in one version for sections with a wall thickness of 1.5–3.0 mm, so both the external dimensions and wall thickness of the section should be checked when selecting it. The black finish makes it suitable for use with dark sections and structural components.
