Rectangular tube insert 25×60 mm, black
The black Rectangular tube insert 25×60 mm is made of polyethylene. It closes the open end of the tube, giving the structure a neat, attractive finish.
The internal part of the insert has ribs that press against the tube walls and hold it in place. The insert is designed for tubes with a nominal size of 25 × 60 mm and accommodates the range of wall thicknesses given in the specification, making it suitable for different versions of these tubes.

Selection and installation
When selecting an insert, check the nominal tube size and wall thickness. A correctly sized insert enters the tube to the depth of its internal part, while the external flange sits against the tube end and covers its edge.
Polyethylene inserts are commonly used to close the ends of hollow sections. Fit the insert into the open end of the tube and press it in fully until the flange rests against the tube end. The insert is sold individually in black.
