Description
Rectangular tube insert 25×50 mm, white

A Rectangular tube insert is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow tube. It gives the structure a neat appearance and protects the inside of the tube, while its white colour complements light-coloured frames, supports and housings.
The insert consists of a flat external flange and an internal section with ribs. The flange covers the edge of the tube, while the ribs are pressed inside to hold the insert in the opening. Inserts of this type are used at the ends of steel and aluminium tubes in structures assembled on site.
Applications
- closing the ends of rectangular tubes in frames and supports
- finishing support structures and equipment bases
- covering sharp edges at the open ends of tubes
- providing a uniform finish to visible tube ends
When selecting an insert, check the external dimensions of the tube and its wall thickness, as these determine the fit of the internal section. Press the insert into the open end of the tube until the flange rests against its edge. Polyethylene products of this type are injection moulded, ensuring a consistent flange and rib shape.

The insert has two sections: a flat flange visible after installation and a ribbed section inserted into the tube. Once installed, only the smooth white flange is visible on the outside, while the remaining parts are inside the tube. Detailed dimensions and other parameters are provided in the specification tables.
