Rectangular tube insert 20×60 mm, white

The white Rectangular tube insert 20×60 mm closes the open end of the profile and gives it a neat finish. It is designed for hollow profiles with nominal dimensions of 20 x 60 mm, including load-bearing structures and substructures where the profile ends remain visible.

The component is made of polyethylene. The flat external flange covers the edge of the profile, while the ribbed internal section fits inside and holds the insert in place. The insert is intended for profiles with a wall thickness within the range stated in the specification.

Applications and selection

When selecting an insert, compare the nominal profile dimensions and wall thickness with the insert specifications. The height of the internal section and the rib dimensions determine how the insert sits inside the profile, while the height of the external section specifies the thickness of the flange visible at the end.
