Description
Rectangular tube insert 20×60 mm, brown
The brown Rectangular tube insert 20×60 mm is a finishing component for closing the open ends of hollow sections. Made of polyethylene, its smooth, flat head covers the end of the profile and gives it a neat finish.
Application and selection
Rectangular tube inserts are used to protect the open ends of steel and aluminium profiles in structures, frames and equipment. Closing the end protects the inside of the profile from dirt and prevents contact with its edge. This model is designed for 20×60 mm profiles and accommodates a range of wall thicknesses, making it easier to select for different profiles of the same size.
Installation
Press-fit inserts are installed by pushing the ribbed internal section into the open end of the profile until the flange rests against its edge. The brown colour allows the insert to match profiles or structures of the same colour.

Insert construction
