Rectangular tube insert 20×30 mm, black
The black Rectangular tube insert 20×30 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow profile. It protects the profile edge and gives the structure a neat, even finish.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The outer section forms a flange that covers the profile edge, while the ribbed internal section fits inside the profile and holds the insert in place. The compatible profile wall thickness range is specified in the Dimensions table below.
Polyethylene inserts are commonly used to close the ends of tubes and profiles made of steel, aluminium and other materials. They protect the inside of the profile from dirt and the user from the sharp, unfinished edge left after cutting.
