Description
Rectangular tube insert 10×20 mm, grey, wall thickness 0.8–1.0 mm
The rectangular tube insert is a finishing component designed to close the open ends of rectangular box sections. Once fitted, it seals the end of the profile and gives the structure a neat, finished appearance.
The insert is made of polyethylene in grey. It has a two-part design: a wide external head covers the end of the profile, while the internal section with ribbed fins fits inside it. Inserts of this type are press-fitted without additional fasteners.

Selecting the right profile
When selecting an insert, always check the nominal profile size and its wall thickness, as both determine whether the fins will fit correctly inside the profile. This insert is designed for 10 x 20 mm profiles with a wall thickness of 0.8–1.0 mm.
Design and fitting
The external section of the insert rests against the end of the profile and forms its visible finish, while the internal section with fins fits inside the profile. The polyethylene fins allow the insert to be press-fitted into the profile, while the smooth, flat head provides an even, neat finish.
