Rectangular aluminium tube 40×60×2 mm is a versatile closed profile with a rectangular cross-section, made from EN AW-6060 T64 aluminium alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Combining low self-weight with high rigidity and natural corrosion resistance, it is an excellent structural material – suitable for professional installation projects as well as lightweight frame structures, racks, and balustrades.
The profile is supplied in a raw (non-anodised) state, allowing further surface treatment – anodising, powder coating, or painting – in accordance with the requirements of a specific project. Aluminium of this grade is easily cut, drilled, bent, and joined, which significantly speeds up assembly work on site.
