Huawei SUN2000-600W-P is an intelligent photovoltaic optimiser from the PV SAFE DC series, designed for mounting on the rear wall of PV modules. The device performs independent maximum power point tracking (MPPT) at each module level, which eliminates losses resulting from partial shading, dirt, or differences between panels within a single string. The optimiser also provides a module-level shutdown function — once the inverter is disconnected, the output voltage drops to 0 V and the output resistance is 1 kΩ ±10%, which significantly increases safety for service technicians and firefighters. Communication with the inverter takes place via the MBUS bus, enabling monitoring and management of each module from the Huawei FusionSolar system. The compact design with IP68 protection rating and a wide operating temperature range guarantees reliability in demanding outdoor conditions.
