Description
Glass Clamp 50×40 mm Matt Black – Zamak, Flat System, Glass 6–10.76 mm
Matt black glass clamp designed for mounting on flat surfaces. Made from zamak and finished with a spray-painted coating, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a sleek, modern appearance. An ideal component for glass balustrades — both interior and exterior.
The clamp is designed to secure glass with a thickness of 6 to 10.76 mm, accommodating both single toughened glass and laminated VSG panes. Thanks to the use of zamak — a high-strength zinc alloy with excellent anti-friction properties — the clamp maintains stability and durability throughout years of use. The matt black spray-painted finish significantly enhances corrosion resistance, making the clamp suitable for outdoor applications as well.
The set includes a locking pin that prevents the glass from accidentally sliding out of the clamp. Two Allen screws allow precise adjustment of the glass clamping pressure without the need to disassemble the entire clamp — a significant convenience during installation and subsequent adjustments.

Package Contents and Accessories
The product is supplied with a locking pin included. The clamp requires rubber gaskets, which should be selected according to the thickness of the glass being installed. Rubber gaskets are available as separate accessories — allowing you to precisely match the fitting to the specific pane thickness, whether you are mounting 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10.76 mm glass.
Installation and Adjustment
The clamp is installed by screwing it into a flat surface through the mounting hole with a diameter of Ø 8.5 mm. The two Allen screws on the front of the clamp allow adjustment of the glass clamping pressure — they can be tightened or loosened without removing the clamp from the structure. This solution significantly speeds up installation and simplifies balustrade maintenance.
