The 50×40×26 mm glass clamp in zamak is a robust fixing element designed for mounting glass panels with a thickness of 6 to 10.76 mm. With a design tailored to a tube diameter of 42.4 mm, the clamp is an ideal solution for balustrades, fencing, and glass enclosures — both indoors and outdoors.
Design and Installation
The clamp is installed by screwing onto a tube with a diameter of 42.4 mm. The mounting hole with a diameter of ø8.5 mm and an axial offset of 38 mm from the front ensures precise positioning on the post. The set includes a securing pin that stabilises the clamp on the tube and prevents rotation. Allen screws allow adjustment of the glass clamping force without dismantling the entire clamp, which significantly speeds up installation and any subsequent maintenance.
The clamp surface is raw (unpainted), allowing for any finish — powder coating is recommended, enabling the colour to be matched to individual project requirements.

Rubber Gaskets – Selection
The clamp requires the use of rubber gaskets, which must be selected according to the thickness of the glass being installed. The gaskets protect the glass panel from scratches and ensure even clamping pressure across the entire contact surface. Gaskets are available as separate accessories — when placing an order, it is advisable to complete the full installation kit at the same time.
Applications
The clamp is a versatile component of a balustrade system based on an ø42.4 mm tube. It is suitable for mounting glass infill panels in balustrades on balconies, terraces, and staircases, as well as in glass fencing and partitions. The ability to accommodate glass thicknesses from 6 mm (single-layer toughened glass) to 10.76 mm (laminated VSG glass) provides a wide range of design applications.
