Description
Glass Clamp 50x40x26 mm with Pin – Zamak, Flat Surface Mount, Raw Finish
Glass clamp designed for mounting on flat surfaces, suitable for glass panels with a thickness of 6 to 10.76 mm. Made from zamak — a zinc alloy known for its high abrasion resistance and excellent castability, ensuring precise detailing and a quality finish. The raw surface is ready for further treatment — ideal for powder coating, allowing the colour to be matched to any project.
Construction and Installation
The clamp is fixed by screwing directly into the substrate, providing a stable and durable connection. A2-70 grade Allen screws (austenitic stainless steel) ensure corrosion resistance and high torque capacity. The set includes a securing pin that prevents the glass panel from accidentally slipping out of the clamp. Rubber distance buffers (sold separately) are required for correct installation — they cushion the glass and protect it from direct contact with the metal.

Package Contents and Accessories
The clamp is supplied complete with a securing pin. Rubber distance buffers, required for correct glass seating within the clamp, must be purchased separately. Thanks to the versatile glass thickness range of 6–10.76 mm, the clamp is suitable for both single-pane glazing and laminated glass (e.g. VSG/laminated safety glass). The raw surface finish allows for powder coating in any colour, giving complete freedom to match the clamp to a specific project — from terrace balustrades to internal glazing in office spaces.
Additional Information
- The clamp requires the use of rubber gaskets — select the appropriate gasket thickness to match the glass being installed.
- Rubber gaskets are available as separate accessories.
- The Allen screws allow clamping pressure adjustment without removing the clamp.
