The 180° glass clamp is designed to join two glass panels in a single line — an ideal component for frameless glass balustrades installed on balconies and terraces. The integrated securing pin effectively stabilises the glass panels and prevents them from sliding out unintentionally, ensuring the safety and durability of the entire structure.
The clamp is compatible with toughened and laminated glass with a thickness ranging from 6 mm to 12.76 mm. Correct installation requires two sets of specialist rubber gaskets, selected to match the thickness of the glass used (gaskets sold separately). The 180° design allows frameless glass balustrades to be built without the need for balustrade posts, delivering a modern, minimalist appearance.

Installation and Gasket Selection
The clamp requires the use of two sets of rubber gaskets matched to the thickness of the glass being installed. The gaskets serve a cushioning and stabilising function — they prevent direct contact between the glass and the steel, eliminating the risk of cracking and ensuring even clamping pressure. Correct gasket selection is critical to the safety of the structure; the variant must correspond precisely to the thickness of the glass used.
AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish offers excellent resistance to corrosion and weathering, making the clamp equally suitable for indoor balustrades and outdoor applications — balconies and terraces. The satin surface conceals minor scratches and marks, making it easy to maintain an attractive appearance throughout years of use.
