Description
Fence post cap Ø 42 mm, green
The green Fence post cap Ø 42 mm provides a finishing piece for tubular posts in fencing systems. It closes the open end of the tube, giving the post a neat, finished appearance and making it harder for dirt to enter.
The cap is made of polyethylene, a plastic commonly used in fencing accessories. Its green colour can be matched to green fencing for a consistent appearance along the entire fence line.
Applications and selection
- finishing fence posts with an external diameter of 42 mm
- finishing mesh, panel and modular fencing
- protecting the open end of the tube from dirt
- completing the set of accessories for a fencing installation
The cap is placed over the top end of the post. Before ordering, check that the external diameter of the tube matches the internal diameter of the cap to ensure a proper fit. The product is sold individually, making it easy to order the exact number required for the posts in your installation.
The fit of the cap on the post is determined primarily by its internal diameter, while its internal depth determines how far it sits on the tube. The exact dimensions are listed in the table below, making it easy to check compatibility with the posts used in the fencing system.
