Description
Fence post cap 2" (Ø 60.3 mm), green
The 2" Fence post cap is designed to protect the top of round posts with a diameter of Ø 60.3 mm. It covers the tube opening, preventing rainwater and debris from entering the post.
The cap is made of polyethylene in green. Polyethylene is a material commonly used for outdoor finishing components, while the green colour allows the cap to blend in with green fencing.
Applications and selection
- Protecting fence posts made from 2" round tube
- Protecting the inside of the post from moisture and dirt
- Providing a neat green finish to the top of the posts
- Convenient replacement of missing components on site
For installation companies, this is a simple finishing component that helps complete a fence installation. Before purchasing, check that the external diameter of the post matches the internal diameter of the cap stated in the specification.
The cap is fitted over the top of the post to cover the tube opening. The capped post is protected against the accumulation of water and debris inside, which is important for fencing constantly exposed to the elements.
When selecting a cap, it is important to match it to the post diameter and consider the fitting depth. The exact dimensions are provided in the specification tables below, making it easy to check compatibility before ordering larger quantities.
