Description
Fence post cap 2" (Ø 60.3 mm), brown
The 2" Fence post cap is designed for round posts with a diameter of 60.3 mm. It closes the top opening of the tube, limiting the ingress of rainwater and debris into the post and giving the fence a neat, finished appearance.
The cap is made of polyethylene in brown. The plastic is well suited to finishing components, and the uniform brown colour allows the cap to blend in with fences in similar tones.
Applications and selection
- Finishing the top opening of round 2" fence posts (Ø 60.3 mm)
- Protecting the inside of the tube from rainwater and debris
- Providing a neat finish for posts in fences with brown components
- Selection based on post diameter: the number of caps corresponds to the number of posts in the installation
Post caps are selected primarily according to the tube diameter. This cap is designed for 2" posts with an external diameter of 60.3 mm. Its recessed underside allows it to be fitted over the top end of the tube. Detailed dimensions, labelled D, d, H and h, are given in the specification below and in the technical drawing.
