Clip rail Rail 25 mm without tape, 1 m
Clip rail Alphaheat Rail 25 mm is designed for secure fixing of pipes in underfloor heating and wall heating installations. Made of high-impact polypropylene, it provides durable, stable pipe guidance along the entire length of the section. Version without adhesive tape, designed for mechanical fixing directly to the substrate.
One sales unit is a section made up of two segments, which can be quickly joined on site to form a run of any length. The snap-fit design of the holders allows the pipe to be clipped in without additional tools. Simply press the pipe into the seat and the flexible clips will lock it securely in place.
Material and construction
High-impact polypropylene ensures resistance to mechanical damage during construction work. Accidentally stepping on the holder or striking it with a tool will not damage it. The flexible clips hold the pipe securely in the seat while still allowing it to be adjusted before the screed is poured.
The profiled seats are evenly spaced along the entire length of the rail, which ensures consistent pipe spacing and makes it easier to maintain the correct geometry of the heating loop. The rail has no adhesive tape on its underside. It is installed by screwing or nailing it to the substrate, which gives you full control over the durability of the fixing on any type of surface.
Applications
The Alphaheat Rail is designed for underfloor heating and wall heating installations that use pipes of the appropriate outer diameter. It works well on both concrete substrates and thermal insulation, before the screed is poured or the plaster is applied.
