C-channel connector for fence gravel board is a robust mounting component designed for the permanent attachment of concrete gravel board panels to fence posts. Engineered for gravel boards with dimensions of 250 × 55 mm, it ensures precise fitting and stable seating of the panel regardless of ground conditions and weather.

The product is manufactured from galvanised steel coated with powder paint in green RAL 6005. The dual anti-corrosion protection — a zinc layer plus powder coating — guarantees long-lasting resistance to moisture, rainfall and corrosion, eliminating the need for additional maintenance. The attractive, uniform finish harmonises perfectly with modern panel fencing in the popular green colour scheme.

Construction and installation

The connector has a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is seated. The external width of the profile is 57 mm, allowing the 55 mm thick panel to be placed freely and stably with a small assembly clearance to facilitate fitting. The built-in cross rod Ø 6 mm acts as a locking device — it prevents the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket, enhancing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the C-channel to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes permits positional adjustment during installation, which significantly speeds up the work of the installation crew and makes it easier to align the gravel board on uneven ground. The flat base of the channel protects the concrete panel from mechanical damage during fitting.

The C-channel is a versatile component used in the installation of residential, industrial and allotment fencing. It is ideally suited wherever a concrete gravel board 55 mm thick requires secure and attractive fixing to a fence post. Thanks to its simple design and adjustable mounting slots, installation is quick and requires no specialist tools — standard bolts and a spanner are all that is needed.

Available colour variants

The C-channel is available in five colour versions (powder coating): graphite, black, green, brown and galvanised (without powder coating). The wide colour range allows the connector to be matched to the colour of the panel fencing and posts, maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout the entire fence.
