Design and installation

The connector has a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is seated. The external width of the profile is 57 mm, allowing the 55 mm thick board to be placed freely and securely with a small installation clearance to facilitate fitting. The built-in cross rod Ø 6 mm acts as a locking mechanism — it prevents the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket, enhancing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the C-channel to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the slots enables positional adjustment during installation, significantly speeding up the work of the installation team and making it easier to align the gravel board on uneven ground. The flat base of the C-channel protects the concrete panel from mechanical damage during fitting.
