C-channel connector for fence gravel board is a robust mounting component designed for the secure and permanent attachment of concrete gravel board panels to fence posts. Engineered specifically for gravel boards with dimensions of 250 × 50 mm, it provides a precise fit and stable seating of the panel regardless of ground conditions or weather.

The product is manufactured from galvanised steel coated with powder paint in brown RAL 8017. The dual anti-corrosion protection — a zinc layer plus powder coating — guarantees long-term resistance to moisture, rainfall and corrosion, eliminating the need for additional maintenance. The attractive, uniform finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fencing in the popular brown colour scheme.

Design and installation

The connector features a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is inserted. The internal width of the profile is 62 mm, allowing the 50 mm thick panel to be placed freely and securely with a small installation clearance to facilitate fitting. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross bar acts as a lock, preventing the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket and enhancing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of slotted ovals 6 × 12 mm allow the connector to be quickly bolted to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes permits position adjustment during installation, significantly speeding up the work of the installation team and making it easier to align the gravel board on uneven ground. The flat base of the connector protects the concrete panel from mechanical damage during fitting.
