C-channel connector for fence gravel board is a robust mounting component designed for the permanent connection of concrete gravel board panels to fence posts. Engineered for gravel boards with dimensions of 250 × 50 mm, it provides a precise fit and stable seating of the panel regardless of ground conditions and weather.

The product is made from electro-galvanised steel, giving it a characteristic silver colour with a visible zinc structure. The zinc coating acts as an effective anti-corrosion barrier — protecting the steel against moisture, precipitation and rust, ensuring long-lasting durability without the need for additional maintenance. The galvanised version without powder coating is the ideal choice where the fence colour does not require the connector to match, or where posts and panels have a galvanised finish.

Design and installation

The C-channel has a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is seated. The internal width of the profile is 52 mm, allowing the 50 mm thick panel to be placed freely and stably with a small installation clearance to facilitate fitting. The built-in Ø 6 mm crossbar acts as a locking mechanism — preventing the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the C-channel to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes permits positional adjustment during installation, which significantly speeds up the work of the installation crew and makes it easier to align the gravel board line on uneven ground. The flat base of the C-channel protects the concrete panel from mechanical damage during fitting.
