C-channel connector for fence gravel board is a robust mounting component designed for the secure and permanent connection of concrete gravel board panels to fence posts. Engineered for gravel boards with dimensions of 300 × 50 mm, it provides precise fitting and stable seating of the panel regardless of ground conditions or weather.

The product is manufactured from galvanised steel coated with powder paint in brown RAL 8017. The dual anti-corrosion protection — a zinc layer combined with powder coating — guarantees long-lasting resistance to moisture, rainfall and corrosion, eliminating the need for additional maintenance. The attractive, uniform finish complements modern panel fencing in the popular brown colour scheme.

Design and Installation

The connector features a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is seated. The external width of the profile is 52 mm, allowing the 50 mm thick board to be placed freely and securely with a small installation clearance to aid fitting. The integrated Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a locking mechanism — preventing the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket, thereby enhancing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots enable quick attachment of the connector to the fence post. The elongated shape of the slots allows positional adjustment during installation, significantly speeding up the work of the installation team and making it easier to align the gravel board on uneven ground. The flat base of the connector protects the concrete panel from mechanical damage during fitting.
