Gravel board bracket 200×50 mm green

The gravel board bracket connector for fence gravel boards is a sturdy mounting component designed for permanently connecting concrete gravel boards to fence posts. It has been designed for gravel boards measuring 200 × 50 mm, which guarantees a precise fit and a stable seating of the board in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel covered with powder coating in green RAL 6005. The double corrosion protection — galvanising plus powder coating — ensures years of resistance to weather, moisture and corrosion, eliminating the need for maintenance. The attractive finish blends in harmoniously with modern panel fencing.

Design and installation

The gravel board bracket has a C-shaped profile (C-channel) in which the concrete gravel board sits. The internal width of the profile is 52 mm, which allows a 50 mm thick board to be placed easily and securely with a small installation clearance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock — it prevents the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slotted holes allow the gravel board bracket to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which significantly speeds up the installation crew's work. The flat base of the bracket protects the gravel board against mechanical damage during fitting.
