Aluminium flat bar 50×8 mm EN AW-6060 – flat profile L=2000 mm
Aluminium flat bar 50×8 mm made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38) is a versatile flat profile with a length of 2000 mm, designed for structural, finishing and repair applications. Thanks to its low weight of just 2.16 kg per 2-metre section combined with high rigidity, the flat bar is an excellent choice for frames, reinforcements and substructures — including photovoltaic installations.
The EN AW-6060 alloy in the T64 temper provides good mechanical strength while remaining easy to machine. Aluminium is naturally corrosion-resistant, eliminating the need for additional painting or galvanising in most outdoor applications. The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for further processing — anodising, powder coating or direct installation.
