Aluminium flat bar 40×3 mm EN AW-6060 – flat profile L=2000 mm
Aluminium flat bar 40×3 mm is a versatile flat profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), with a length of 2000 mm. Thanks to its low weight of just 0.70 kg per 2-metre length and high corrosion resistance, it is ideal for load-bearing structures, mounting frames, finishing elements and repairs — wherever a lightweight, rigid and durable aluminium profile is required.
The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for further processing — anodising, powder coating or painting — depending on the requirements of the specific project. The EN AW-6060 alloy in T64 temper combines good mechanical strength with ease of cutting and drilling, enabling fast on-site assembly without the need for specialist tools.
