Aluminium flat bar 25×5 mm – product view

Aluminium flat bar 25×5 mm made from EN AW-6060 T6/T66 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38) is a versatile flat profile designed for support structures, mounting frames, finishing and repairs. Thanks to its low weight of just 0.68 kg per 2-metre length and high corrosion resistance, it is ideal for installation applications — both indoors and outdoors.

The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for further processing — anodising, powder coating or leaving in the as-manufactured state. The T6/T66 heat treatment condition ensures an optimal balance between rigidity and ease of cutting and bending on site.

Applications

The 25×5 mm aluminium flat bar is ideally suited for constructing lightweight support structures, frame elements, stiffeners and connectors. Professional installation teams use it, among other things, as a spacer element in mounting systems, a levelling shim beneath load-bearing profiles, and as a material for fabricating custom brackets and clamps on site. The light weight of aluminium translates into ease of transport and faster installation — particularly when working at height.
