Aluminium flat bar 20×10 mm is a versatile flat profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), intended for structural, finishing, and repair work. Thanks to its low self-weight of just 1.08 kg per 2-metre length, the profile is easy to transport and process, whilst providing good mechanical rigidity. The raw, non-anodised aluminium surface is ready for further treatment — anodising, painting, or direct installation in locations where decorative finishing is not required.
The EN AW-6060 alloy in the T64 temper offers good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and is easy to cut, drill, and bend — enabling faster completion of on-site tasks without the need for specialist tools. The flat bar is ideally suited as a reinforcing element in aluminium structures, a profile connector, a spacer shim, and as a material for building frames, bases, and mounting brackets.
