Aluminium flat bar 20×8 mm with a length of 2000 mm is a versatile flat profile made from EN AW-6060 T6/T66 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its low self-weight and high corrosion resistance, it performs excellently as a structural element in photovoltaic installations, mounting frames, finishings, and anywhere a rigid, lightweight, and durable aluminium profile is required.
The profile surface is raw (non-anodised), allowing for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving without additional protection in environments with low corrosive aggressiveness. The T6/T66 heat treatment condition ensures good mechanical strength whilst maintaining the ductility needed for cutting, drilling, and bending on site.
