Aluminium flat bar 80×60 mm is a solid flat profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), designed for constructing strong load-bearing structures, mounting frames, finishing components and repairs. Thanks to the combination of a large cross-section and the properties of aluminium, you get a rigid yet relatively lightweight element that is corrosion-resistant — with no need for additional surface protection in indoor conditions.
The profile is supplied in a 2000 mm length with a raw (non-anodised) surface, ready for further processing — cutting, drilling, milling, welding or anodising as required by your project. The T64 temper provides enhanced strength parameters compared to the T6 temper, resulting in better load-bearing capacity at the same cross-section.
