Complete running gear kit for cantilever sliding gates 60.007.08 plus accessories 60.019 / 60.011.80, designed for 80×80×5 mm rail. Includes two 8-roller running trolleys with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg each, a catch roller bracket with guide rollers, and an entry roller – everything you need to get a heavy cantilever sliding gate running smoothly.
This kit is designed for gates with a fully infilled leaf, where high load capacity and durability of the running components are paramount. The galvanised finish on all components provides weather resistance and years of maintenance-free operation.

Running trolley 80 – 8-roller
Fitted with 8 steel rollers, including two horizontal ones, the trolley ensures even load distribution and smooth gate travel. The swivel design – with the trolley connected to the base plate via a pivot pin – allows automatic self-alignment to the gate rail. Height adjustment is carried out using bolts, making precise setting straightforward during installation. The maximum load capacity per trolley is 1,000 kg.
Trolley dimensions: base 140×120 mm, height 68 mm (+ 17 mm pivot pin), depth 155 mm. Eight rollers arranged in two rows ensure stability even under high wind loads and heavy gate leaf weights.
Catch roller bracket
The steel catch roller bracket serves a dual purpose: it stabilises the gate when closed and distributes its weight across a greater number of support points, significantly extending the service life of the running trolleys. It is fitted with two plastic guide rollers (88 mm spacing) that guide the gate rail during closing. The rear face features two mounting holes and a rubber buffer to dampen vibration.
Catch roller bracket dimensions: 100×90 mm, height 85 mm (comprising 80 mm body + 4 mm top plate), depth including rollers 40 mm.
Entry roller
Mounted at the leading end of the sliding gate rail, the entry roller guides the rail smoothly onto the running trolleys, reducing wear and extending their service life. It also acts as a barrier against snow and ice entering the rail. Mounting bolts are included. Compatible with 80×80×5 mm rail.
Entry roller dimensions: length 148 mm, width 62 mm, height with rail 80 mm. Roller diameter 64 mm.
