Zawieszalnia – Rusty Snowflake XL 93 cm Garden Decoration, Corten Steel

The Rusty Snowflake XL from the Garden Jewellery collection by Zawieszalnia is a striking Christmas decoration designed for outdoor use. The refined, openwork snowflake pattern laser-cut from 1.5 mm corten steel guarantees exceptional precision of detail and long-lasting durability. The natural rusty patina that develops over time through exposure to the elements serves a dual purpose — it lends the decoration a warm, aged appearance whilst simultaneously forming a natural anti-corrosion layer that protects the material from further degradation.

Installation is straightforward — the decorative element is permanently fixed to a steel rod, which simply needs to be pushed into the ground. No additional tools or fittings are required. The total height of the product is 93 cm, ensuring the snowflake is clearly visible above a layer of snow and provides a striking contrast against the white winter garden landscape.

Dimensions and Technical Specifications

Corten Steel — A Living Material

Corten is a specialist grade of steel that, when exposed to the elements, develops a characteristic warm patina in shades of rust. This layer of oxides is not only a decorative feature but, above all, a protective barrier that effectively inhibits further corrosion. As a result, the decoration requires no painting, varnishing or any additional maintenance — over time it develops an increasingly distinctive, natural appearance.

Garden Jewellery — Christmas Decoration Series

The Snowflake XL is part of the Garden Jewellery collection by Zawieszalnia, which encompasses a variety of Christmas motifs — Christmas trees, gifts, snowmen and further snowflakes. All elements share a consistent rusty patina aesthetic and complement one another beautifully, creating a striking festive arrangement for a garden, terrace or courtyard. Thanks to the uniform rod-mounting system, decorations can be freely grouped and repositioned, allowing you to build individual compositions tailored to the size and character of your space.
