Zawieszalnia – Garden Scare Cat with Arched Back L 38 cm, Corten Steel

The Garden Scare Cat 'with Arched Back' in size L is a striking decoration made from corten steel, combining the function of deterring rodents and birds with exceptional garden aesthetics. The silhouette of a cat with an arched back looks realistic, effectively deterring unwanted visitors from flower beds, borders, and bird feeders. The precisely crafted form works both as a protective element and an original ornament — ideal for gardens, allotments, terraces, and balconies.

The Corten variant means the scare cat is made from raw corten steel, which develops a natural rusty patina when exposed to the elements. The layer of oxides serves a dual purpose — it gives the product a warm, rustic appearance whilst simultaneously providing anti-corrosion protection, creating a natural barrier that shields the steel core from further corrosion. Over time, the colour of the patina deepens, giving the decoration an even more distinguished character.

Installation and Use

The scare cat is fitted with two steel spikes, allowing you to simply push it into the ground — with no additional tools or mounting elements required. The spikes feature holes that also allow attachment to a fence, plant pot, or other surface using screws. This versatility of installation means the product can be used anywhere — in the ground, on a balcony, by a fence, or in a window box.
