The Running Trolley 70 for suspended gates is a robust and precision-engineered running component designed for 70 × 70 mm rail systems. By combining two steel rollers and one plastic roller, it ensures smooth, quiet sliding of the gate leaf — this combination of materials effectively minimises friction, rolling resistance and noise during operation. The galvanised surface protects the trolley against corrosion, making it suitable for use both inside industrial buildings and outdoors in variable weather conditions.
The wide base plate measuring 180 × 80 mm guarantees stable and even distribution of forces acting on the trolley during gate movement. This prevents the gate leaf from vibrating or tilting, which is particularly important for heavy industrial gates. The base plate is mounted via fixing holes that allow it to be securely bolted to the gate structure.
The load-bearing rollers are mounted on bearings, ensuring long-lasting, maintenance-free operation and minimal wear. The plastic guide roller serves a stabilising function — it keeps the trolley aligned with the rail axis and eliminates lateral play, whilst also dampening vibrations and reducing noise.
