Synerga Balus 2 – PV mounting set for balcony balustrade XL

Synerga Balus 2 is a complete mounting set enabling a photovoltaic panel to be attached to a balcony balustrade, terrace railing or other barrier. Dedicated to multi-family housing and locations lacking space for a classic roof or ground-mounted installation. The minimalist construction combines H17 stainless steel with 6060 aluminium, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-lasting, safe support of the panel in outdoor conditions.

Application and installation

The Balus 2 set is mounted directly onto a balcony railing. The photovoltaic panel is suspended at an angle of 10° from vertical, ensuring favourable sun exposure while maintaining stability. The construction is designed for panels with a maximum height of 1140 mm. The hanger brackets, with a thickness of 5 mm and a working height of 1134 mm, guarantee the rigidity of the entire system. The bean-shaped hole system in the brackets allows for precise adjustment of the panel's position.

Materials and durability

All load-bearing components — the hanger brackets and 65×65 angle brackets — are made of 1.4016 (H17) stainless steel, resistant to atmospheric corrosion. The 40×40×1040 mm mounting profiles and connectors are made of 6060 series aluminium, combining lightness with mechanical strength. The EPDM gasket protects the railing from scratching and dampens vibration. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, the entire structure is designed for many years of outdoor use without the need for additional maintenance.
