Steel fence post cap with decorative ball designed for mounting on round posts with diameter 42mm (5/4"). The ball with diameter 60mm gives the fence an elegant, finished appearance whilst protecting the interior of the post from rain, snow and dirt. Product supplied in raw condition — ready for painting, galvanising or other finish to match the aesthetics of the entire fence.
Application and mounting
The cap is mounted on top of the fence post — both metal and wooden. Special holes in the base enable quick screwing or riveting without the need for welding. This makes installation simple and requires no specialist equipment — just a drill and appropriate screws or rivets.
The cap effectively protects the post from water penetration into its interior, which significantly extends the life of the fence structure and reduces corrosion from the inside.
