Description

Solar KIT N2V Strong – Ground-Mounted PV Structure for 12 Panels

Solar KIT N2V Strong – 12 panels is a complete mounting kit designed for small and medium-sized installation companies that value fast turnaround, low logistics costs and simple assembly. KIT means you get everything in a single package – no hunting for missing components.

What does N2V mean? The abbreviation breaks down as follows: N – the shape of the structure seen from the side (two supports joined by a diagonal brace form the letter N), 2 – two rows of legs (front and rear), V – vertical (portrait) panel orientation. Thanks to the two rows of legs, the panels are firmly supported on both sides, which is particularly effective on sites with uneven ground. Strong: wind up to 26 m/s (93.6 km/h), snow load 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²). If you are looking for a lighter alternative, take a look at the T1V variant with a single row of legs – ideal when you want even faster assembly.

Why choose it? Solar KIT has been designed for maximum working efficiency. In the video, we show the assembly carried out by one person. In practice, two people can assemble the whole kit in a really short time. Your crew can therefore complete more jobs without having to coordinate larger teams.

Hassle-free logistics

All components are short and light – none is longer than 2.4 m. The entire KIT fits on a single pallet, which significantly simplifies storage. Even a garage will do. Transport? No problem – the kit fits on an ordinary trailer. Transport costs are minimal, and you do not need any specialist tools for assembly.

Compact dimensions do not mean compromising on strength – the structure has been designed to take into account the individual wind and snow zones, which guarantees safety even in harsh weather conditions.

Dispatch within 24 hours

We usually pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days. We hold large stocks of all Solar KIT variants, so we can respond quickly to our customers' needs.

Choosing the right version

We offer kits suited to different weather conditions. Below you will find a tool that automatically checks the wind and snow zone for any location – simply enter the address of the planned installation.

If the result shows that the selected version does not meet the requirements for a given location, use the comparison table below. It presents all available models along with their full technical specifications. Select the wind and snow zone in the filters to see the kits that meet your criteria.

Technical specification

The Solar KIT range is available in three strength variants:

  • Light: wind up to 22 m/s (79.2 km/h), snow load 1.2 kN/m² (approx. 122 kg/m²)
  • Strong: wind up to 26 m/s (93.6 km/h), snow load 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²)
  • Ultra Strong: wind up to 28 m/s (100.8 km/h), snow load 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²)

The maximum length of any component does not exceed 2.4 m. The structure is suitable for all popular panels. You choose the tilt angle during installation: 25°, 30° or 35°. Execution class: EXC1.

The steel components have anti-corrosion protection and are covered by a 25-year warranty on the protective coating. The warranty applies in standard environmental conditions. In locations with an increased risk of corrosion (e.g. coastal areas with a high salt content in the air), different terms may apply – you will find the details in the warranty terms.

Key benefits for installation companies

  • Fast assembly: One person can potentially install the entire kit – you save time and labour costs (we recommend two people for assembling the structure)
  • Lightweight components: Short components that are easy to carry without excessive effort
  • Compact packaging: The entire KIT fits on one pallet – simple storage
  • Simple transport: The kit fits on a standard trailer
  • Express fulfilment: 24-hour dispatch on working days – you can plan jobs at the last minute
  • Modular system: Easy expansion of the installation without modifying the existing structure
  • Complete kit: Includes all bolts, nuts and mounting components – nothing extra to buy
  • Intuitive design: Symmetrical components minimise the risk of errors, a clear assembly manual is included, and instructional videos are available on YouTube
  • Versatility: Compatible with most popular panels (30–40 mm thick) – the kit includes universal mounting clamps for PV panels
  • Flexibility: A choice of tilt angle (25°, 30° or 35°) during installation – this lets you compensate for slight variations in the terrain and match the angle to your latitude

Quality and durability

The structure is made of high-grade steel with a Magnelis coating and is covered by a 25-year durability warranty. It meets the requirements of the following standards: EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2, EN 1090-4, PN-EN 1991-1-3 (Eurocode 1 – snow loads), PN-EN 1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1 – wind loads), PN-EN 1993-1-8 (Eurocode 3 – steel structures), PN-EN 1999-1-1 (Eurocode 9 – aluminium structures).

What do you gain as an installer?

Shorter assembly time means more jobs per month. Simple logistics means lower operating costs. Fast delivery translates into satisfied customers. The intuitive design minimises errors and complaints. All of this has a direct impact on your profitability.

Kit contents

The Solar KIT package includes all structural components (profiles, connectors), fasteners (stainless steel bolts and washers), tensioners for the steel cables that reinforce the structure, steel cables, universal mid clamps and adjustable end clamps to fit any type of panel. The shipment also includes a CE certificate and an assembly manual.
